Dear Ramiro,

Thank you so very much for arranging our wonderful vacation to Costa Rica.  We wanted to experience as much as we could in our short time there and that we certainly did!  The connections you arranged for us were seamless, the accommodations were more than we had hoped for, activities included were a great addition (some of which we might not have considered on our own!) and your attention to the details of our trip allowed us the pleasure of simply enjoying it all.  I wanted to experience the jungles and that we certainly did!!  I cannot believe all that I have seen ... more than I expected!  Each of the hotels were simply perfect for the areas they were in;  Casa Luna Lodge for Arenal Volcano, Hotel Finca Valverde for the cloud forest and Inn on the Park for access to the beaches and Manuel Antonio Reserve (howler monkeys were our alarm clocks!).  Even Hotel Occidental Torremolinos was just fine for a starting and ending point.

Thank you, again, for arranging this great vacation for us.  I am already spreading the news of your good work to friends and colleagues.

I will be in touch about Brazil soon ... hopefully.

All the very best

Hello Southfares:

We just returned from a trip booked through southfares.com, and I want to tell you that we had a remarkable trip to Costa Rica.  (The Booking Ref was 5F6GUY, and Kathleen Basiliere booked the trip for the four of us.)  I know that she was in contact with Ramiro Dakduki many times via email and telephone.  Our trip was perfect!  I am totally amazed at how seamless the transfers were and how exquisite the accommodations were - never mind the scenery and activities! The only hotel that was not quite up to the standards set by the other hotels was the Hotel Occidental Torremolinos.  There really was nothing wrong with it, we were just happier at the other accommodations. Anyway, special thanks to  Mr. Dakduki, and everyone else involved in making this trip so totally awesome!  We are curious if Mr. Dakduki would have thoughts or suggestions for a future trip - yes we are already thinking about another trip!
Thank you.

Dear Ramiro and everyone associated with Southfares...

We had an extreme vacation filled with unexpected thrills.  Every step of the way we were taken care of.  All connections were made and each guide and staff were very helpful, warm and friendly. Loved Puerta Maldonado. The jungle and river, and parrots were everything that I had envisioned. Loved the 220 ft Ironwood trees...

Cuzco and Sacred Valley tour helped us understand the Inca world... Machu Picchu was better than than the pictures... In Arequipa we ate Guinea Pig, Ostrich cordon blue, and alpaca fillet Mignon. Colca Canyon and the flight of the" Condor" was spectacular. They flew so close to us that we could actually hear the wind beneath there wings... 10,
12 ft. wing span.

How do you get excited about buses?  They were the best ever. We sat on top with a front row view and were served dinner and drinks! We had to navigate rock avalanches, over turned trucks and wind storms with sand dunes encroaching over the road.  And even at 2am in the morning as we approached Nazca your guy "Louis" was there to take us to our hotel. Our pilot for our flight over Nazca lines was super cool and explained each symbol and got the plane in perfect position for great pictures... It was wild.

And we even saw Flamingos at the Paracas reserve and especially enjoyed the yellow sand dunes everywhere.Enjoyed breakfast at the hotels every morning and yes we had an occasional "Pisco Sour".

Special thanks to our guides Amatista and Dajana.  They were very coodial and accomadating.

So Ramiro I thank you again for a wonderful trip. My daughter Holly &  Benjamin and my esposa Michelle all had a wonderful time.  Hope to see you in L.A. for that Peruvian lunch...

Adios,
Mr. Jeff

Hello Ramiro,

I just wanted to thank you for booking a great trip to Costa Rica for us!  Everything was professional and organized, and the drivers were courteous and punctual.  It was one of my most memorable trips!  Your prices were very reasonable, especially for all the activities that are included, and the transportation that is provided!  I will continue to use your services the next time I travel to South America!

Thanks again,

Hi Ramiro,

Just wanted to let you know that we had a wonderful time on our recent trip to Peru.  The people at Rainbow Tours were great.  We were met and advised of the day's activities each day and we were handed off to guides her were very knowledgeable of the area we were visiting.  Our group was often just the 3 of us, but sometimes it was 9 or 10.  The only large group was the day of the Sacred Valley tour, but it was OK.

Rainforest Expeditions was also terrific.  Our guide was very knowledgeable, the facilities were fun and there were more than enough 'activities' to keep us mighty busy,

The mountains were beautiful and we had very good weather.  The Inca structures were amazing--so precise.

I will say, it was the most exhausting trip I have ever been on--that atmosphere sure takes a lot to get used to, the hike up Taquile for lunch was a real challenge!  I felt like I needed windshield wipers in the jungle--the water was just puring out of me!  What a great expeience.  Thanks for putting together such a nice trip.

Ramiro,

I and my buddy would like to thanks you for making all the arrangements for our Costa Rica trip. As far as I am concerned we got what we paid for and more. All went well. Everything was on time and handled with our interest in mind.

I have reccomended your services to my friends.

Thanks,

Paul - Virginia

Ramiro:

In general - the trip to Peru you arranged for our family of four was very well planned and was very rewarding. All the transportation, events, and tours noted in the trip details were provided. All the guides for the tours, and personnel for the transportation, showed up in a timely manner and were very professional. They did there best to make sure we knew what to expect and where to be for transportation to our next event.

Here are a few recommendations:

1. Recommend the Cuzco city tour include the cost to tour the Cathedral as part of the tour price. Some on the tour (to include us) had to pay extra to get into the Cathedral and were forced to do so to stay with the group in order to catch the bus for the balance of the tour after the Cathedral visit was concluded.

2. During the Lake Titicaca boat tour it should be noted that the small manual boat ride between the 2 Uros islands was optional and at an additional charge. I would recommend your services to others who are considering a trip to Peru.

I would be happy to be used as a reference for promoting your services for Peru based on my most recent experience and I am available to offer advise to others who are considering trips to Peru.

Dear Ramiro:

We are back from Peru, thrilled and a little exhausted. What an experience!

We experienced constant amazement as we traveled with each day seeming to be a "can you top this?" experience. The itinerary was superb allowing time to adjust to altitude and climate. We were met at each transition by a local representative and all transfers went as expected. The hotels were very good, always clean and in a good location. We arrived in Lima and were whisked from there to the Paracas peninsula to visit the Ballestas islands. We were met there by Alfredo an enthusiastic man with detailed local knowledge. In Nazca we were able to fly over the Nazca lines and had an exciting day traveling the desert and learning about the local crafts. From Nazca we traveled to Arequipa and Colca Canyon, where we viewed the condors flying through a perfectly circular rainbow! In Puno we visited the islands in Lake Titicaca and had a most wonderful day shopping for local crafts. From Puno we spent an enjoyable day busing to interesting sites and arriving in Cusco for the climax of our journey, the trip to Macchu Pichu. From the hotel room above the rapids in Aquas Calientes to the brilliant sunshine and amazing views in Macchu Pichu, it was the perfect climax to the trip of a lifetime.

All transfers worked flawlessly. We were extremely impressed with your personal accessibility via both telephone and email. Your customer service is second to none!

Many thanks.

Hello Ramiro:

We are back from our trip and I just wanted to tell you how much we have enjoyed the stay in all the different hotels in Costa Rica .

The service from your company was outstanding ( not cheap) but all worth it .

My all time favorite was the "Thermals del Bosque " hotel known in Costa Rica as the hotel for Ticos and the finest natural hot springs with exceptional friendly service .

The Arenal Spring hotel was the most beautiful and luxurious we enjoyed especially the Gardens are gorges.
Hope you will have this Flex-Drive program available next year and look forward to go with " Southfares" again.

Thank you
